Effective June 2026

Terms of service

The rules of the road. By using Maple Lens you agree to these terms.

Maple Lens (“the Service”) is operated by Maple Studios, a company registered in Delhi, India. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

The service

Maple Lens turns a photo of furniture into a catalog-ready image using Google’s Gemini image model. The Service is provided as-is. We try hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or pixel-perfect results.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately at hello@maplelens.app.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t upload photos you don’t have the right to use.
  • Don’t use the Service to create images of identifiable people without consent.
  • Don’t attempt to defeat the rate limit, retry-circumvent the paywall, or scrape generations belonging to other users.
  • Don’t use the Service for content that is illegal under Indian law.

Breach of these rules can result in account suspension without refund.

Ownership and licence

Photos you upload remain yours. The images Maple Lens generates from your photos are yours too — you may use them in catalogs, websites, social media, print, and elsewhere, for commercial purposes.

You grant us a limited licence to your inputs and outputs solely to operate, debug, and improve the Service (see our Privacy Policy for the specifics).

Free tier and paid plans

Every account starts with 10 free generations. Paid plans are described on our pricing page and are billed in Indian rupees. Live payments are rolling out — in the interim, upgrades happen via UPI and manual activation as described in the in-app paywall.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account ’Danger zone. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where we do, we’ll explain why and refund any unused subscription pro rata.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Maple Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to courts in New Delhi.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll bump the effective date and email account holders when the change is material.
